Not every project fits a standard template. We regularly manage submittals for data centers and server colocation buildouts. On the healthcare side, we've coordinated approvals for surgical centers and urgent care clinics, each with its own layer of state and local review.
We also cover permit types that owners often assume are simple until they hit an agency snag: auto dealerships and car washes and gas stations. And in the San Fernando Valley, we've built a strong track record in Reseda, Northridge, Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, and Chatsworth.

We've written up the trade-specific pieces that come up most often on a fire-rebuild property: residential fire sprinkler (NFPA 13D) permits, post-fire utility reconnection with LADWP and SoCalGas, and water tank and fire cistern permits for hillside parcels without adequate hydrant flow.
Rural and hillside rebuild lots also frequently need a private well and water system permit or a septic system (OWTS) permit when the property isn't on a municipal water or sewer connection. We coordinate all of it alongside the core building permit so one missing clearance doesn't stall the rest of the project.
